I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “wages ”.

Genesis 29:15 And Laban said unto Jacob,
Because thou art my brother,
shouldest thou therefore serve me for nought?
tell me, what shall thy wages be?

Genesis 30:28 And he said, Appoint me thy wages,
and I will give it.

Genesis 31:7 And your father hath deceived me,
and changed my wages ten times;
but God suffered him not to hurt me.

Genesis 31:8 If he said thus, The speckled shall be thy wages;
then all the cattle bare speckled:
