I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “repented”.

Genesis 6:6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth,
and it grieved him at his heart.

Exodus 32:14 And the LORD repented of the evil
which he thought to do unto his people.

Judges 2:18 And when the LORD raised them up judges, then the LORD was with the judge,
and delivered them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge:
for it repented the LORD because of their groanings
by reason of them that oppressed them and vexed them.

Judges 21:6 And the children of Israel repented them for Benjamin their brother,
and said, There is one tribe cut off from Israel this day.

Judges 21:15 And the people repented them for Benjamin,
because that the LORD had made a breach in the tribes of Israel.

1 Samuel 15:35 And Samuel came no more to see Saul until the day of his death:
nevertheless Samuel mourned for Saul:
and the LORD repented that he had made Saul king over Israel.

the LORD repented him of the evil,
and said to the angel that destroyed the people, It is enough:
stay now thine hand.
And the angel of the LORD was by the threshingplace of Araunah the Jebusite.

1 Chronicles 21:15 And God sent an angel unto Jerusalem to destroy it:

and said to the angel that destroyed,
It is enough, stay now thine hand.
And the angel of the LORD stood by the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite.

and repented according to the multitude of his mercies.

What have I done?
every one turned to his course,
as the horse rusheth into the battle.

and repented not:
and let him hear the cry in the morning,
and the shouting at noontide;

Jeremiah 26:19 Did Hezekiah king of Judah and all Judah put him at all to death?
did he not fear the LORD,
and besought the LORD,
and the LORD repented him of the evil which he had pronounced against them?
Thus might we procure great evil against our souls.

and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh:
I was ashamed, yea, even confounded,
because I did bear the reproach of my youth.

About David Mathi Raj Samuel
I was engaged in the computer field since 1977, particularly in Documentation, Desktop Publishing & Training field since 1986. The design work provided me creative satisfaction and motivated me to look for more challenging activities. I was having a taste for Technical Writing. Presently, My SME (Subject-Matter Expert) is "The Holy Bible (KJV)" and publishing the "Subject" from the Holy Bible only. I am 69 years old now and in HIS mercy. 2022, I was admitted in the hospital due to nervous attack and bed-ridden. In the Hospital they did all the tests and gave up and said it can't be cured. Due to circumstances I was in a Home for Elders in Gurugram, India for 18 months with a 24X7 attendent. I prayed to God YeHoVaH to give me death or life to live to HIS glory. My prayers were heard, I was given life. I came out walking from the Home and witnessing the work of God every day. I am able to move alone now, Weakness and the pain in the body remains. From June 2024 onwards I returned to my routine and reading Holy Bible, Preparing daily Bible understanding , as I did earlier but with two fingers in Android and Notebook. Watering the plants, making kitchen compost, repotting the plants with fertilizer, manures, cow dung; bathing and dressing myself but buttoning is not possible. Pray for everyone that lives in my physical condition to be strengthened. YeHoVaH be pleased.
