This subject is appalling!
I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “shame .. .. .. . . . ”from the New Testament (KJV).

Mark 12:4 And again he sent unto them another servant;
and at him they cast stones,
and wounded him in the head,
and sent him away shamefully handled.

Luke 14:9 And he that bade thee and him come and say to thee,
Give this man place;
and thou begin with shame to take the lowest room.

Luke 20:11 And again he sent another servant:
and they beat him also,
and entreated him shamefully,
and sent him away empty.

Acts 5:41 And they departed from the presence of the council,
rejoicing that they were counted worthy
to suffer shame for his name.

1 Corinthians 4:14 I write not these things to shame you,
but as my beloved sons I warn you.
