I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “uphold…en…est..”.

Job 4:4 Thy words have upholden him that was falling,
and thou hast strengthened the feeble knees.

Psalms 37:17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken:
but the LORD upholdeth the righteous.

Psalms 37:24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down:
for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.
