I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “to do good”.

Lev 5:4 Or if a soul swear,
pronouncing with his lips to do evil,
or to do good,
whatsoever it be that a man
shall pronounce with an oath,
and it be hid from him;
when he knoweth of it,
then he shall be guilty in one of these.

Psa 36:3 The words of his mouth
are iniquity and deceit:
he hath left off to be wise,
and to do good.

Ecc 3:12 I know that there is no good in them,
but for a man to rejoice,
and to do good in his life.

Jer 4:22 For my people is foolish,
they have not known me;
they are sottish children,
and they have none understanding:
they are wise to do evil,
but to do good they have no knowledge.

Jer 10:5 They are upright as the palm tree,
but speak not:
they must needs be borne,
because they cannot go.
Be not afraid of them;
for they cannot do evil,
neither also is it in them to do good.

Mar 3:4 And he saith unto them,
Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days,
or to do evil? to save life,
or to kill? But they held their peace.

Luk 6:9 Then said Jesus unto them,
I will ask you one thing;
Is it lawful on the sabbath days to do good,
or to do evil?
to save life,
or to destroy it?

Heb 13:16 But to do good
and to communicate forget not:
for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
