‘the end’ ….. from ‘Genesis’ till ‘Nehemiah’ in the Old Testament (KJV)

Then the angel of the LORD
put forth the end of the staff that was in his hand,
and touched the flesh and the unleavened cakes;
and there rose up fire out of the rock,
and consumed the flesh and the unleavened cakes.
Then the angel of the LORD departed out of his sight. – Jdg 6:21

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “the end”.

Gen 6:13 And God said unto Noah,
The end of all flesh is come before me;
for the earth is filled with violence through them;
and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

Gen 8:3 And the waters returned from off the earth continually:
and after the end of the hundred
and fifty days the waters were abated.

Gen 8:6 And it came to pass at the end of forty days,
that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made:

Gen 23:9 That he may give me the cave of Machpelah,
which he hath, which is in the end of his field;
for as much money as it is worth he shall give it me
for a possession of a buryingplace amongst you.

Gen 41:1 And it came to pass at the end of two full years,
that Pharaoh dreamed:
and, behold, he stood by the river.

Exo 8:22 And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen,
in which my people dwell,

‘The end’ … from the afflicted ‘Job’ till the Song of Solomon (KJV)

It is better to go to the house of mourning,
than to go to the house of feasting:
for that is the end of all men;
and the living will lay it to his heart. – Ecc 7:2
