I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “dead..” from the Gospels.

Matthew 2:19   But when Herod was dead, behold,
an angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt,

Matthew 2:20   Saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother,
and go into the land of Israel:
for they are dead which sought the young child’s life.

Matthew 8:22   But Jesus said unto him, Follow me;
