I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “slip”.

2 Samuel 22:37 Thou hast enlarged my steps under me;
so that my feet did not slip.

Job 12:5  He that is ready to slip with his feet
is as a lamp despised
in the thought of him that is at ease.

Psalms 17:5 Hold up my goings in thy paths,
that my footsteps slip not.

Psalms 18:36 Thou hast enlarged my steps under me,
that my feet did not slip.

Hebrews 2:1 Therefore we ought to give
the more earnest heed to the things
which we have heard,
lest at any time we should let them slip.
