I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “scattereth”.

Job 37:11 Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud:
he scattereth his bright cloud:

Job 38:24 By what way is the light parted,
which scattereth the east wind upon the earth?

Psa 147:16 He giveth snow like wool:
he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes.

Pro 11:24 There is that scattereth,
and yet increaseth;
and there is that withholdeth more than is meet,
but it tendeth to poverty.

Pro 20:8 A king that sitteth in the throne of judgment
scattereth away all evil with his eyes.

Pro 20:26 A wise king scattereth the wicked,
