I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “rejoicing”.

1Ki 1:45And Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet have anointed him king in Gihon:
and they are come up from thence rejoicing,
so that the city rang again.
This  is the noise that ye have heard.

2Ch 23:18Also Jehoiada appointed the offices of the house of the LORD
by the hand of the priests the Levites,
whom David had distributed in the house of the LORD,
to offer the burnt offerings of the LORD,
as  it is written in the law of Moses,
with rejoicing and with singing,
as it was ordained by David.

Job 8:21  Till he fill thy mouth with laughing,
and thy lips with rejoicing.

Psa 19:8  The statutes of the LORD are right,
rejoicing the heart:
the commandment of the LORD is pure,
