I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “refresh“,

Exo 23:12 Six days thou shalt do thy work,
and on the seventh day thou shalt rest:
that thine ox and thine ass may rest,
and the son of thy handmaid,
and the stranger, may be refreshed.

Exo 31:17 It is a sign between me
and the children of Israel for ever:
for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth,
and on the seventh day he rested,
and was refreshed.

1Sa 16:23 And it came to pass,
when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul,
that David took an harp,
