Neither give heed

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Profession” .

1 Timothy 6:12   Fight the good fight of faith,
lay hold on eternal life,
whereunto thou art also called,
and hast professed a good profession
before many witnesses.

Hebrews 3:1   Wherefore, holy brethren,
partakers of the heavenly calling,
consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;

3:2  Who was faithful to him that appointed him,
as also Moses [was faithful] in all his house.
3:3  For this [man] was counted worthy of more glory than Moses,
inasmuch as he who hath builded the house
hath more honour than the house.
3:4  For every house is builded by some [man;]
but he that built all things [is] God.

Hebrews 4:14   Seeing then that we have a great high priest,
that is passed into the heavens,
Jesus the Son of God,
let us hold fast our profession.

Hebrews 10:23   Let us hold fast the profession of our faith
without wavering;
(for he is faithful that promised;)
