I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “proceedeth”.

Gen 24:50 Then Laban and Bethuel answered and said,
The thing proceedeth from the LORD:
we cannot speak unto thee bad or good.

Num 30:2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD,
or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond;
he shall not break his word,
he shall do according to all that
proceedeth out of his mouth.

Deu 8:3 And he humbled thee,
and suffered thee to hunger,
and fed thee with manna,
which thou knewest not,
neither did thy fathers know;
that he might make thee know that
man doth not live by bread only,
but by every word that
proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

1Sa 24:13 As saith the proverb of the ancients,
Wickedness proceedeth from the wicked:
but mine hand shall not be upon thee.

Ecc 10:5 There is an evil which I have seen under the sun,
as an error which proceedeth from the ruler:

Lam 3:38 Out of the mouth of the most High
proceedeth not evil and good?

Hab 1:4 Therefore the law is slacked,
and judgment doth never go forth:
for the wicked doth compass about the righteous;
therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.

Mat 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written,
Man shall not live by bread alone,
but by every word that
proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Joh 15:26 But when the Comforter is come,
whom I will send unto you from the Father,
even the Spirit of truth,
which proceedeth from the Father,
he shall testify of me:

Jam 3:10 Out of the same mouth
proceedeth blessing and cursing.
My brethren, these things ought not so to be.

Rev 11:5 And if any man will hurt them,
fire proceedeth out of their mouth,
and devoureth their enemies:
and if any man will hurt them,
he must in this manner be killed.
