I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “privately”.

Matthew 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives,
the disciples came unto him privately, saying,
Tell us, when shall these things be?
and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

Mark 6:32 And they departed into a desert place
by ship privately.

Mark 9:28 And when he was come into the house,
his disciples asked him privately,
Why could not we cast him out?

Mark 13:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple,
Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,
