I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “Preserve me”.
Psalms 16:1 <Michtam of David.>
Preserve me, O God:
for in thee do I put my trust.
Psalms 25:21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me;
for I wait on thee.
Psalms 32:7 Thou art my hiding place;
thou shalt preserve me from trouble;
thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
Psalms 40:11 Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD:
let thy lovingkindness
and thy truth continually preserve me.
Psalms 140:1 <To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.>
Deliver me, O LORD, from the evil man:
preserve me from the violent man;
Psalms 140:4 Keep me, O LORD, from the hands of the wicked;
preserve me from the violent man;
who have purposed to overthrow my goings.
