I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “practise”.

1 Samuel 23:9 And David knew that Saul secretly practised mischief against him;
and he said to Abiathar the priest,
Bring hither the ephod.

Psalms 141:4 Incline not my heart to any evil thing,
to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity:
and let me not eat of their dainties.

Isaiah 32:6 For the vile person will speak villany,
and his heart will work iniquity,
to practise hypocrisy,
and to utter error against the LORD,
to make empty the soul of the hungry,
and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

Daniel 8:12 And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression,
and it cast down the truth to the ground;
and it practised, and prospered.

Daniel 8:24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power:
and he shall destroy wonderfully,
and shall prosper,
and priactise,
and shall destroy the mighty
and the holy people.

Micah 2:1 Woe to them that devise iniquity,
and work evil upon their beds!
when the morning is light, they practise it,
because it is in the power of their hand.
