I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “plead”.
Judges 6:31 And Joash said unto all that stood against him,
Will ye plead for Baal?
will ye save him?
he that will plead for him,
let him be put to death whilst it is yet morning:
if he be a god, let him plead for himself, because one hath cast down his altar.
Judges 6:32 Therefore on that day he called him Jerubbaal, saying,
Let Baal plead against him,
because he hath thrown down his altar.
1 Samuel 24:15 The LORD therefore be judge,
and judge between me and thee,
and see,
and plead my cause,
and deliver me out of thine hand.
