Abide in me, and I in you.
As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself,
except it abide in the vine;
no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
– John 15:4

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “branches” from the New Testament (KJV).
Matthew 13:32Which indeed is the least of all seeds:
but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs,
and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.
Matthew 21:8And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way;
others cut down branches from the trees,
and strawed them in the way.
Matthew 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree;
When his branch is yet tender,
and putteth forth leaves,
ye know that summer is nigh:
Mark 4:32 But when it is sown, it groweth up,
and becometh greater than all herbs,
and shooteth out great branches;
so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it.
Mark 11:8 And many spread their garments in the way:
and others cut down branches off the trees,
and strawed them in the way.
Mark 13:28 Now learn a parable of the fig tree;
When her branch is yet tender,
and putteth forth leaves,
ye know that summer is near:
Luke 13:19 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took,
and cast into his garden;
and it grew,
and waxed a great tree;
and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.
John 12:13 Took branches of palm trees,
and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna:
Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord.
John 15:2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away:
and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it,
that it may bring forth more fruit.
John 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you.
As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself,
except it abide in the vine;
no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
John 15:5 , ye are the branches:
He that abideth in me, and I in him,
the same bringeth forth much fruit:
for without me ye can do nothing.
John 15:6 If a man abide not in me, I am the vine
he is cast forth as a branch,
and is withered;
and men gather them,
and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
Romans 11:16 For if the firstfruit be holy,
the lump is also holy:
and if the root be holy,
so are the branches.
Romans 11:17 And if some of the branches be broken off,
and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them,
and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;
Romans 11:18 Boast not against the branches.
But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root,
but the root thee.
Romans 11:19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off,
that I might be graffed in.
Romans 11:21 For if God spared not the natural branches,
take heed lest he also spare not thee.
Romans 11:24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree
which is wild by nature,
and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree:
how much more shall these,
which be the natural branches,
be graffed into their own olive tree?
