Hearken, O daughter,
and consider,
and incline thine ear;
forget also thine own people,
and thy father’s house; – Psa 45:10

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “own people”.
Exo 5:16 There is no straw given unto thy servants,
and they say to us, Make brick:
and, behold, thy servants are beaten;
but the fault is in thine own people.
Lev 21:14 A widow,
or a divorced woman,
or profane,
or an harlot,
these shall he not take:
but he shall take a virgin of his own people to wife.
2Ki 4:13 And he said unto him, Say now unto her,
Behold, thou hast been careful for us with all this care;
what is to be done for thee?
wouldest thou be spoken for to the king,
or to the captain of the host?
And she answered, I dwell among mine own people.
1Ch 17:21 And what one nation in the earth is like thy people Israel,
whom God went to redeem to be his own people,
to make thee a name of greatness and terribleness,
by driving out nations from before thy people,
whom thou hast redeemed out of Egypt?
1Ch 17:22 For thy people Israel didst thou make
thine own people for ever;
and thou, LORD, becamest their God.
2Ch 25:15 Wherefore the anger of the LORD
was kindled against Amaziah,
and he sent unto him a prophet,
which said unto him,
Why hast thou sought after the gods of the people,
which could not deliver their own people out of thine hand?
Psa 45:10 Hearken, O daughter,
and consider,
and incline thine ear;
forget also thine own people,
and thy father’s house;
11. So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty:
for he is thy Lord;
and worship thou him.
Psa 78:52 But made his own people to go forth like sheep,
and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.
Isa 13:14 And it shall be as the chased roe,
and as a sheep that no man taketh up:
they shall every man turn to his own people,
and flee every one into his own land.
Jer 46:16 He made many to fall, yea,
one fell upon another:
and they said, Arise,
and let us go again to our own people,
and to the land of our nativity,
from the oppressing sword.
