I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “oil”.

Mat 25:3 They that were foolish took their lamps,
and took no oil with them:

Mat 25:4 But the wise took oil
in their vessels with their lamps.

Mat 25:8 And the foolish said unto the wise,
Give us of your oil;
for our lamps are gone out.

Mar 6:13 And they cast out many devils,
and anointed with oil many that were sick,
and healed them.

Luk 7:46 My head with oil thou didst not anoint:
but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment.

Luk 10:34 And went to him,
and bound up his wounds,
pouring in oil and wine,
and set him on his own beast,
and brought him to an inn,
and took care of him.

Luk 16:6 And he said,
An hundred measures of oil.
And he said unto him,
Take thy bill,
and sit down quickly,
and write fifty.

Heb 1:9 Thou hast loved righteousness,
and hated iniquity;
therefore God, even thy God,
hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

Jam 5:14 Is any sick among you?
let him call for the elders of the church;
and let them pray over him,
anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

Rev 6:6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say,
A measure of wheat for a penny,
and three measures of barley for a penny;
and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

Rev 18:13 And cinnamon,
and odours,
and ointments,
and frankincense,
and wine,
and oil,
and fine flour,
and wheat,
and beasts,
and sheep,
and horses,
and chariots,
and slaves,
and souls of men.
