I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “night and day”.

1Sa 25:16 They were a wall unto us both by night and day,
all the while we were with them keeping the sheep.

1Ki 8:29 That thine eyes may be open toward this house night and day,
even toward the place of which thou hast said,
My name shall be there:
that thou mayest hearken unto the prayer
which thy servant shall make toward this place.

Isa 27:3 I the LORD do keep it;
I will water it every moment:
lest any hurt it,
I will keep it night and day.

Jer 14:17 Therefore thou shalt say this word unto them;
Let mine eyes run down with tears night and day,
and let them not cease:
for the virgin daughter of my people
is broken with a great breach,
with a very grievous blow.

Mar 4:27 And should sleep,
and rise night and day,
and the seed should spring and grow up,
he knoweth not how.

Mar 5:5 And always, night and day,
he was in the mountains,
and in the tombs, crying,
and cutting himself with stones.

Luk 2:37 And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years,
which departed not from the temple,
but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.

Act 20:31 Therefore watch, and remember,
that by the space of three years
I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.

1Th 2:9 For ye remember, brethren, our labour and travail:
for labouring night and day,
because we would not be chargeable unto any of you,
we preached unto you the gospel of God.

1Th 3:10 Night and day praying exceedingly
that we might see your face,
and might perfect that which is lacking in your faith?

2Th 3:8 Neither did we eat any man’s bread for nought;
but wrought with labour and travail night and day,
that we might not be chargeable to any of you:

1Ti 5:5 Now she that is a widow indeed,
and desolate, trusteth in God,
and continueth in supplications and prayers night and day.

2Ti 1:3 I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with pure conscience,
that without ceasing I have remembrance of thee
in my prayers night and day;
