I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “ mocketh”.

Job 13:9  Is it good that he should search you out?
or as one man mocketh another,
do ye so mock him?

Job 39:22  He mocketh at fear,
and is not affrighted;
neither turneth he back from the sword.

Pro 17:5  Whoso mocketh the poor
reproacheth his Maker:
and he that is glad at calamities
shall not be unpunished.

Pro 30:17  The eye that mocketh at his father,
and despiseth to obey his mother,
the ravens of the valley shall pick it out,
and the young eagles shall eat it.

Jer 20:7  O LORD, thou hast deceived me,
and I was deceived:
thou art stronger than I,
and hast prevailed:
I am in derision daily,
every one mocketh me.
