I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “lily”.

1 Kings  7:19  And the chapiters that were upon
the top of the pillars were of
lily work in the porch, four cubits.

1 Kings  7:22  And upon the top of the pillars was lily work:
so was the work of the pillars finished.

Song of Solomon  2:1  I am the rose of Sharon,
and the lily of the valleys.

Song of Solomon  2:2  As the lily among thorns,
so is my love among the daughters.

Hosea  14:5  I will be as the dew unto Israel:
he shall grow as the lily,
and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.
