I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Prayer…” ‘from the Old Testament (KJV).

2 Samuel 7:27 For thou, O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, hast revealed to thy servant,
saying, I will build thee an house:
therefore hath thy servant found in his heart to pray this prayer unto thee.

1 Kings 8:28 Yet have thou respect unto the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplication,

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “vain…” from the New Testament (KJV).

Matthew 6:7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions,
as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
