I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “I am innocent”.

Job-33:9 I am clean
without transgression,
I am innocent;
neither is there iniquity in me.

Jer 2:35 Yet thou sayest,
Because I am innocent,
surely his anger shall turn from me.
Behold, I will plead with thee,
because thou sayest,
I have not sinned.

Mat 27:24 When Pilate saw that
he could prevail nothing,
but that rather a tumult was made,
he took water,
and washed his hands
before the multitude, saying,
I am innocent of
the blood of this just person:
see ye to it.
