I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “his steps”.

Job 23:11 My foot hath held his steps,
his way have I kept,
and not declined.

Psa 37:31 The law of his God is in his heart;
none of his steps shall slide.

Psa 85:13 Righteousness shall go before him;
and shall set us in the way of his steps.

Pro 16:9 A man’s heart deviseth his way:
but the LORD directeth his steps.

Jer 10:23 O LORD, I know that
the way of man is not in himself:
it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

Dan 11:43 But he shall have power over
the treasures of gold and of silver,
