Why should ye be stricken any more?

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “heart faint”.

Gen 45:26 And told him, saying,
Joseph is yet alive,
and he is governor over all the land of Egypt.
And Jacob’s heart fainted,
for he believed them not.

Deu 20:8 And the officers shall speak further unto the people,
and they shall say,
What man is there that is fearful and fainthearted?
let him go and return unto his house,
lest his brethren’s heart faint as well as his heart.

Isa 1:5 Why should ye be stricken any more?
ye will revolt more and more:
the whole head is sick,
and the whole heart faint.

Jer 51:46 And lest your heart faint,
and ye fear for the rumour that shall be heard in the land;
a rumour shall both come one year,
and after that in another year shall come a rumour,
and violence in the land,
ruler against ruler.
