I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Grievously”.

Isa 9:1 Nevertheless the dimness shall not be
such as was in her vexation,
when at the first he lightly afflicted
the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali,
and afterward did more grievously afflict her
by the way of the sea,
beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the nations.

Jer 23:19 Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury,
even a grievous whirlwind:
it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked.

Lam 1:8 Jerusalem hath grievously sinned;
therefore she is removed:
all that honoured her despise her,
because they have seen her nakedness:
yea, she sigheth,
and turneth backward.

Lam 1:20 Behold, O LORD; for I am in distress:
my bowels are troubled; mine heart is turned within me;
for I have grievously rebelled:
abroad the sword bereaveth, at home there is as death.

Eze 14:13 Son of man, when the land sinneth against me
by trespassing grievously,
then will I stretch out mine hand upon it,
and will break the staff of the bread thereof,
and will send famine upon it,
and will cut off man and beast from it:

Mat 8:6 And saying, Lord,
my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy,
grievously tormented.

Mat 15:22 And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts,
and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me,
O Lord, thou Son of David;
my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
