I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of filth of”.

Isa 4:4 When the Lord shall have washed away
the filth of the daughters of Zion,
and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem
from the midst thereof
by the spirit of judgment,
and by the spirit of burning.

1Co 4:13 Being defamed,
we intreat:
we are made as the filth of the world,
and are the offscouring of all things unto this day.

1Pe 3:21 The like figure whereunto
even baptism doth also now save us
(not the putting away of the filth of the flesh,
but the answer of a good conscience toward God,
by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

22. Who is gone into heaven,
and is on the right hand of God;
angels and authorities
and powers being made subject unto him.
