I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “escape from”.

2Sa 15:14 And David said unto all his servants
that were with him at Jerusalem,
Arise, and let us flee;
for we shall not else escape from Absalom:
make speed to depart, lest he overtake us suddenly,
and bring evil upon us,
and smite the city with the edge of the sword.

Psa 55:8 I would hasten my escape from
the windy storm and tempest.

Ecc 7:26 And I find more bitter than death the woman,
whose heart is snares and nets,
and her hands as bands:
whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her;
but the sinner shall be taken by her.

Jer 42:17 So shall it be with all the men that set their faces
to go into Egypt to sojourn there;
they shall die by the sword, by the famine,
and by the pestilence:
and none of them shall remain
or escape from the evil
that I will bring upon them.
