I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “eat and drink”.
Gen 24:54 And they did eat and drink,
he and the men that were with him,
and tarried all night;
and they rose up in the morning,
and he said, Send me away unto my master.
Gen 25:34 Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles;
and he did eat and drink,
and rose up,
and went his way:
thus Esau despised his birthright.
Gen 26:30 And he made them a feast,
and they did eat and drink.
