I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “abode”  in the New Testament (KJV).

Matthew 17:22  And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said unto them,
The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men:

Luke 1:56  And Mary abode with her about three months,
and returned to her own house.

Luke 8:27  And when he went forth to land,
there met him out of the city a certain man,
which had devils long time,
