I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “ streets”.

2Sa 1:20 Tell it not in Gath,
publish it not in the streets of Askelon;
lest the daughters of the Philistines rejoice,
lest the daughters of the uncircumcised triumph.

1Ki 20:34 And Benhadad said unto him, The cities,
which my father took from thy father,
I will restore;
and thou shalt make streets

I will send thee away with this covenant.

a day of darkness and gloominess,
