I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “delicate”.

Deuteronomy 28:54 So that the man that is tender among you,
and very delicate, his eye shall be evil toward his brother,
and toward the wife of his bosom,
and toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave:

Deuteronomy 28:56 The tender and delicate woman among you,
which would not adventure to set the sole of her foot upon the ground
for delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil
toward the husband of her bosom,
and toward her son,
and toward her daughter,

1 Samuel 15:32 Then said Samuel, Bring ye hither to me Agag the king of the Amalekites.
And Agag came unto him delicately.
And Agag said, Surely the bitterness of death is past.

33. And Samuel said, As thy sword hath made women childless,
so shall thy mother be childless among women.
And Samuel hewed Agag in pieces before the LORD in Gilgal.

Proverbs 29:21 He that delicately bringeth up his servant
from a child shall have him
become his son at the length.

Isaiah 47:1 Come down, and sit in the dust,
O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground:
there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans:
for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.

Jeremiah 6:2 I have likened the daughter of Zion
to a comely and delicate woman.

Jeremiah 51:34 Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon hath devoured me,
he hath crushed me, he hath made me an empty vessel,
he hath swallowed me up like a dragon,
he hath filled his belly with my delicates,
he hath cast me out.

Lamentations 4:5 They that did feed delicately are desolate in the streets:
they that were brought up in scarlet embrace dunghills.

Micah 1:16 Make thee bald, and poll thee for thy delicate children;
enlarge thy baldness as the eagle;
for they are gone into captivity from thee.

Luke 7:25 But what went ye out for to see?
A man clothed in soft raiment?
Behold, they which are gorgeously apparelled,
and live delicately, are in kings’ courts.
