I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “cut off”.
Isa 9:14 Therefore the LORD will cut off from Israel head and tail,
branch and rush, in one day.
Isa 10:7 Howbeit he meaneth not so,
neither doth his heart think so;
but it is in his heart to destroy and cut off nations not a few.
Isa 11:13 The envy also of Ephraim shall depart,
and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off:
Ephraim shall not envy Judah,
and Judah shall not vex Ephraim.
Isa 14:22 For I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts,
and cut off from Babylon the name,
and remnant,
and son,
and nephew, saith the LORD.
Isa 15:2 He is gone up to Bajith,
and to Dibon, the high places, to weep:

Mal 2:12 The LORD will cut off the man that doeth this,
the master and the scholar,
out of the tabernacles of Jacob,
and him that offereth an offering unto the LORD of hosts.
