Deliver me not over
unto the will of mine enemies:
for false witnesses are risen up against me,
and such as breathe out cruelty. – Psa 27:12

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “cruelty”.

Gen 49:5 Simeon and Levi are brethren;
instruments of cruelty are in their habitations.

Jdg 9:24 That the cruelty done to the threescore
and ten sons of Jerubbaal might come,
and their blood be laid upon Abimelech their brother,
which slew them;
and upon the men of Shechem,
which aided him in the killing of his brethren.

Psa 27:12 Deliver me not over

Psa 74:20 Have respect unto the covenant:
for the dark places of the earth
are full of the habitations of cruelty.

Eze 34:4 The diseased have ye not strengthened,

neither have ye sought that which was lost;
but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.
