I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Crooked”.

Deu 32:5 They have corrupted themselves,
their spot  is not  the spot of his children:
they are a perverse and crooked generation.

Job 26:13 By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens;
his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.

Psa 125:5 As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways,
the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity:
but peace  shall be upon Israel.

Ecc 1:15  That which is crooked cannot be made straight:
and that which is wanting cannot be numbered.

Isa 27:1 In that day the LORD with his sore and great
and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent,
even leviathan that crooked serpent;
and he shall slay the dragon that  is in the sea.

Isa 40:4 Every valley shall be exalted,
and every mountain and hill shall be made low:
and the crooked shall be made straight,
and the rough places plain:

5. And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed,
and all flesh shall see  it together:
for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken  it.

Isa 42:16 And I will bring the blind by a way  that they knew not;
I will lead them in paths  that they have not known:
I will make darkness light before them,
and crooked things straight.
These things will I do unto them,
and not forsake them.

Isa 45:2 I will go before thee,
and make the crooked places straight:
I will break in pieces the gates of brass,
and cut in sunder the bars of iron:

3. And I will give thee the treasures of darkness,
and hidden riches of secret places,
that thou mayest know that I, the LORD,
which call  thee by thy name,
am the God of Israel.

Isa 59:8 The way of peace they know not;
and  there is no judgment in their goings:
they have made them crooked paths:
whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.

Luk 3:5 Every valley shall be filled,
and every mountain and hill shall be brought low;
and the crooked shall be made straight,
and the rough ways  shall be made smooth;

6. And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

Phi 2:15 That ye may be blameless
and harmless, the sons of God,
without rebuke,
in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation,
among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

16. Holding forth the word of life;
that I may rejoice in the day of Christ,
that I have not run in vain,
neither laboured in vain.
