I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “counsel” mentioned in the New Testament (KJV).

Matthew 22:15 Then went the Pharisees,
and took counsel
how they might entangle him in his talk.

Matthew 27:1 When the morning was come,
all the chief priests and elders of the people
took counsel against Jesus to put him to death:

Matthew 27:7 And they took counsel,
and bought with them the potter’s field,
to bury strangers in.

Matthew 28:12 And when they were assembled with the elders,
and had taken counsel,
they gave large money unto the soldiers,

Mark 3:6 And the Pharisees went forth,
and straightway took counsel
with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
