I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “conclud…ed” found ONLY in the New Testament.

Acts 21:25 As touching the Gentiles which believe,
we have written and concluded
that they observe no such thing,
save only that they keep themselves
from things offered to idols,
and from blood,
and from strangled,
and from fornication.

Romans 3:28 Therefore we conclude that
a man is justified by faith
without the deeds of the law.

Romans 11:32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief,
that he might have mercy upon all.

Galatians 3:22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin,
that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ
might be given to them that believe.
