A bishop then must be blameless,

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “bishop”.

‘bishop’ wikipedia meaning 

A bishop (English derivation^[a][1][2][3] from the New Testament of the Christian Bible Greek ἐπίσκοπος, epískopos, “overseer”, “guardian”) is an ordained, consecrated, or appointed member of the Christian clergy who is generally entrusted with a position of authority and oversight.

Act 1:20 For it is written in the book of Psalms,
Let his habitation be desolate,
and let no man dwell therein:
and his bishoprick let another take.

Phi 1:1 Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ,
