‘adulteress’….. mentioned in the Holy Bible (KJV)

For by means of a whorish woman
a man is brought to a piece of bread:
and the adulteress will hunt for the precious life. – Proverbs 6:26

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “adulteress”.

Leviticus 20:10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife,
even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife,
the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

Proverbs 6:26 For by means of a whorish woman
a man is brought to a piece of bread:
and the adulteress will hunt for the precious life.

Ezekiel 23:45 And the righteous men,
they shall judge them after the manner of adulteresses,
and after the manner of women that shed blood;
because they are adulteresses,
and blood is in their hands.

Hosea 3:1 Then said the LORD unto me, Go yet,
love a woman beloved of her friend,
yet an adulteress,
according to the love of the LORD toward the children of Israel,
who look to other gods,
and love flagons of wine.

Romans 7:3 So then if, while her husband liveth,
she be married to another man,
she shall be called an adulteress:
but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law;
so that she is no adulteress,
though she be married to another man.

James 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses,
know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God?
whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
