“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” Philippians 4:13 KJV

The man Paul was arresting the people who preached gospel but arrested and kept in prison and did write this letter to Philippians.

Most outwardly spoken phrases of 4:13 of Philippians in practical life.
Casually used verse of 4:13 . .
Be warned let us not use this verse meaningless and make a mockery. When someone asking and wondering about your ‘exceptional being’ and ‘success’ then qoute this motivating words of Paul .

“I know both how to be ‘abased’, and I know how to ‘abound’: every where and in all things ‘I am instructed’ both to be ” and to be ‘hungry’, both to abound and to suffer need.”
Read this (4:12) verse carefully then the ‘I can do’ verse will be applicable.

I am 69 years old now and in HIS mercy. 2022, I was admitted in the hospital due to nervous attack and bed-ridden. In the Hospital they did all the tests and gave up and said it can't be cured. Due to circumstances I was in a Home for Elders in Gurugram, India for 18 months with a 24X7 attendent. I prayed to God YeHoVaH to give me death or life to live to HIS glory. My prayers were heard, I was given life. I came out walking from the Home and witnessing the work of God every day.
I am able to move alone now, Weakness and the pain in the body remains. From June 2024 onwards I returned to my routine and reading Holy Bible, Preparing daily Bible understanding , as I did earlier but with two fingers in Android and Notebook. Watering the plants, making kitchen compost, repotting the plants with fertilizer, manures, cow dung; bathing and dressing myself but buttoning is not possible.
Pray for everyone that lives in my physical condition to be strengthened. YeHoVaH be pleased.
