I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “ two things“.

Job 13:20 Only do not two things unto me:
then will I not hide myself from thee.

Pro 30:7 Two things have I required of thee;
deny me them not before I die:

8. Remove far from me vanity and lies:
give me neither poverty nor riches;
feed me with food convenient for me:
9. Lest I be full, and deny thee,
and say, Who is the LORD?
or lest I be poor,
and steal,
and take the name of my God in vain.

Isa 47:9 But these two things shall come to thee
in a moment in one day,
the loss of children,
and widowhood:
they shall come upon thee in their perfection
for the multitude of thy sorceries,
and for the great abundance of thine enchantments.

Isa 51:19 These two things are come unto thee;
who shall be sorry for thee?
desolation,
and destruction,
and the famine,
and the sword:
by whom shall I comfort thee?
