‘hands’ ….. from “Proverbs” till The “Songs of Solomon” (KJV)

And I find more bitter than death the woman,
whose heart is snares and nets
and her hands as bands:
whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her;
but the sinner shall be taken by her.

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “ hands“.

Pro 6:10 Yet a little sleep,
a little slumber,
a little folding of the hands to sleep:
11. So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth,
and thy want as an armed man.

6:16. These six things doth the LORD hate:
yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
Pro 6:17 A proud look,
a lying tongue
and hands that shed innocent blood,
18. An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations,
feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19. A false witness that speaketh lies,
and he that soweth discord among brethren.
Pro 12:14 A man shall be satisfied with good
by the fruit of his mouth:
and the recompence of a man’s hands
shall be rendered unto him.
Pro 14:1 Every wise woman buildeth her house:
but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.
Pro 17:18 A man void of understanding striketh hands
and becometh surety in the presence of his friend.
