I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “Poor shall“

Exo 30:15 The rich shall not give more
and the poor shall not give less than half a shekel,
when they give an offering unto the LORD,
to make an atonement for your souls.

Deu 15:11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land:
therefore I command thee, saying,
Thou shalt open thine hand wide
unto thy brother, to thy poor
and to thy needy,
in thy land.

Psa 9:18 For the needy shall not alway be forgotten:
the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.

Pro 28:27 He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack:
but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.

Isa 14:30 And the firstborn of the poor shall feed
and the needy shall lie down in safety:
and I will kill thy root with famine
and he shall slay thy remnant.
