I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “Ruler”.
Gen 41:43 And he made him to ride
in the second chariot which he had;
and they cried before him, Bow the knee:
and he made him ruler over all the land of Egypt.
Gen 43:16 And when Joseph saw Benjamin with them,
he said to the ruler of his house,
Bring these men home,
