I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “ he gave them “.

Exo 34:32 And afterward all the children of Israel came nigh:
and he gave them in commandment
all that the LORD had spoken with him in mount Sinai.

Jos 17:4 And they came near before Eleazar the priest,
