I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of Hagar.

Gen 16:1 Now Sarai Abram’s wife bare him no children:
and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar.

Gen 16:3 And Sarai Abram’s wife took Hagar
her maid the Egyptian,
after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan,
and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife.

Gen 16:4 And he went in unto Hagar,
and she conceived:
and when she saw that she had conceived,
her mistress was despised in her eyes.

Gen 16:8 And he said, Hagar,
Sarai’s maid, whence camest thou?
and whither wilt thou go?
And she said, I flee from the face of my mistress Sarai.

Gen 16:15 And Hagar bare Abram a son:
and Abram called his son’s name,
which Hagar bare, Ishmael.

Gen 16:16 And Abram was fourscore and six years old,
when Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram.

Gen 21:9 And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian,
which she had born unto Abraham, mocking.

Gen 21:14 And Abraham rose up early in the morning,
and took bread,
and a bottle of water,
and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder,
and the child,
and sent her away:
and she departed,
and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba.

Gen 21:17 And God heard the voice of the lad;
and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven,
and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar?
fear not;
for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.

Gen 25:12 Now these are the generations of Ishmael,
Abraham’s son,
whom Hagar the Egyptian,
Sarah’s handmaid, bare unto Abraham:

1Ch 5:10 And in the days of Saul
they made war with the Hagarites,
who fell by their hand:
and they dwelt in their tents
throughout all the east land of Gilead.

1Ch 5:19 And they made war
with the Hagarites, with Jetur,
and Nephish,
and Nodab.

1Ch 5:20 And they were helped against them,
and the Hagarites were delivered into their hand,
and all that were with them:
for they cried to God in the battle,
and he was intreated of them;
because they put their trust in him.

Psa 83:6 The tabernacles of Edom,
and the Ishmaelites; of Moab,
and the Hagarenes;

About David Mathi Raj Samuel
I was engaged in the computer field since 1977, particularly in Documentation, Desktop Publishing & Training field since 1986. The design work provided me creative satisfaction and motivated me to look for more challenging activities. I was having a taste for Technical Writing. Presently, My SME (Subject-Matter Expert) is "The Holy Bible (KJV)" and publishing the "Subject" from the Holy Bible only. I am 69 years old now and in HIS mercy. 2022, I was admitted in the hospital due to nervous attack and bed-ridden. In the Hospital they did all the tests and gave up and said it can't be cured. Due to circumstances I was in a Home for Elders in Gurugram, India for 18 months with a 24X7 attendent. I prayed to God YeHoVaH to give me death or life to live to HIS glory. My prayers were heard, I was given life. I came out walking from the Home and witnessing the work of God every day. I am able to move alone now, Weakness and the pain in the body remains. From June 2024 onwards I returned to my routine and reading Holy Bible, Preparing daily Bible understanding , as I did earlier but with two fingers in Android and Notebook. Watering the plants, making kitchen compost, repotting the plants with fertilizer, manures, cow dung; bathing and dressing myself but buttoning is not possible. Pray for everyone that lives in my physical condition to be strengthened. YeHoVaH be pleased.
