I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of prayer of“.

1Ki 8:28 Yet have thou respect unto the prayer of thy servant,
and to his supplication, O LORD my God,
to hearken unto the cry and to the prayer,
which thy servant prayeth before thee to day:
2Ch 6:19 Have respect therefore to the prayer of thy servant,
and to his supplication, O LORD my God,
to hearken unto the cry and the prayer
which thy servant prayeth before thee:
Neh 1:6 Let thine ear now be attentive,
and thine eyes open,
that thou mayest hear the prayer of thy servant,
which I pray before thee now, day and night,
for the children of Israel thy servants,
and confess the sins of the children of Israel,
which we have sinned against thee:
both I and my father’s house have sinned.
Neh 1:11 O Lord, I beseech thee,
let now thine ear be attentive
to the prayer of thy servant,
and to the prayer of thy servants,
who desire to fear thy name:
and prosper, I pray thee,
thy servant this day,
and grant him mercy in the sight of this man.
For I was the king’s cupbearer.
Psa 80:4 O LORD God of hosts,
how long wilt thou be angry
against the prayer of thy people?
Psa 86:1Bow down thine ear,
O LORD, hear me
for I am poor and needy.
Psa 90:1Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place
in all generations.
Psa 102:1Hear my prayer, O LORD,
and let my cry come unto thee.
Psa 102:17 He will regard the prayer of the destitute,
and not despise their prayer.
Pro 15:8 The sacrifice of the wicked is
an abomination to the LORD:but the prayer of the upright is his delight.
Pro 15:29 The LORD is far from the wicked:
but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.
Dan 9:17 Now therefore, O our God,
hear the prayer of thy servant,
and his supplications,
and cause thy face to shine uponthy sanctuary that is desolate,
for the Lord’s sake.
Hab 3:1 A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet upon Shigionoth,
Phi 1:4 Always in every prayer of minefor you all making request with joy,
Jam 5:15 And the prayer be upon us faith shall save the sick,
and the Lord shall raise him up;
and if he have committed sins,
they shall be forgiven him.
Jam 5:16 Confess your faults one to another,
and pray one for another, that ye may be healed.
The effectual fervent prayer of
a righteous man availeth much.

About David Mathi Raj Samuel
I was engaged in the computer field since 1977, particularly in Documentation, Desktop Publishing & Training field since 1986. The design work provided me creative satisfaction and motivated me to look for more challenging activities. I was having a taste for Technical Writing. Presently, My SME (Subject-Matter Expert) is "The Holy Bible (KJV)" and publishing the "Subject" from the Holy Bible only. I am 69 years old now and in HIS mercy. 2022, I was admitted in the hospital due to nervous attack and bed-ridden. In the Hospital they did all the tests and gave up and said it can't be cured. Due to circumstances I was in a Home for Elders in Gurugram, India for 18 months with a 24X7 attendent. I prayed to God YeHoVaH to give me death or life to live to HIS glory. My prayers were heard, I was given life. I came out walking from the Home and witnessing the work of God every day. I am able to move alone now, Weakness and the pain in the body remains. From June 2024 onwards I returned to my routine and reading Holy Bible, Preparing daily Bible understanding , as I did earlier but with two fingers in Android and Notebook. Watering the plants, making kitchen compost, repotting the plants with fertilizer, manures, cow dung; bathing and dressing myself but buttoning is not possible. Pray for everyone that lives in my physical condition to be strengthened. YeHoVaH be pleased.
