I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “Impart..”.

Job 39:17 Because God hath deprived her of wisdom,
neither hath he imparted to her understanding.

Luk 3:11 He answereth and saith unto them,
He that hath two coats,
